Well, I woke up this morning and tryied to start up photoshop. It got to this -------- -------- and didn't go any further. I uninstaled and reinstalled it. It still only made it to that screen. What can be wrong with it and how do I fix it?
The picture isn't showing up anymore. Though I assume you are talking about when it hangs at 'reading text global resources'. This is a common problem. Mainly due to a result of a corrupt config or settings file. What you need to do is, hold ctr+alt+shift as SOON as PS starts to load. It should then ask you if you want to delete some settings file or something, can't really remember the exact text sorry. Anyway, you click on yes and you shoul dbe on your way. That is if my assumption to your problem is correct. ZERO.
I've had to use Zero's method before, but the image doesn't isn't working so we don't know whats wrong.
