Currently, my pc is starting to break down. I'm considering builing a new pc.
I can't decide which parts to choose so I'm gonna get you experts to ;) I want this PC to be able run BF2 on good settings and to be able to run Matrix Online cleanly. I don't need a monitor, keyboard, mouse or speakers because mine run perfectly. I just need the case and all the parts.
My budget is about £500 - £600 max. All the parts need to be in stock and available in the UK from a reliable retailer.
    Thanks :)

^ ah good, a user set on a custom built. finally some people listen.

lemme see what i can do for you. Look at some of the other "$1000 gaming builds" threads and look at those parts. if you can find those parts in UK, that is a possiblility. although it might come out to more the 600 euros. I'll see what i can do.

600 pounds, not euros lol. To convert to most users I'm thinking around $1000 or €1500. I'd like these products from UK retailers aswell.

    Graphics Card: 86
    Sapphire x800gto
    http://www.novatech.co.uk/novatech/specpage.html?SAP-X8GTO5

    Hard Drive: 40
    Western Digital Cavier 120GB

    CD/DVD: 13
    NEC blah blah blah

Total: 526 pounds without shipping. maybe you can cut back on something if you cant get enough money for that, but i dunno. It's a very good system. Not a lot of ram, but it makes up for it with preformance. the motherboard is excellant, not to mention the CPU

Thanks john, [+] repping you for that. I kinda preferred Fear's because it had 2gb RAM, and 512mb won't cut it for BF2 :)

I'm kinda trying to spend as little money as possible since I'm not very wealthy. But I think Fear your package is perfect for what I need. Your dad plays BF2? o_O
