There are 'the law abiding white person' and the 'non-law abiding white person', that doesn't mean hate white people cuz some of them commit crimes. BTW u said u live in New Orleans right? isn't the racial ratio there like 90:1 lol. obviously more blacks will commit crime (it would seem) because there are more of them. I also remember reading about this study done where i live (canada) and it turns out that black people commit FAR, and when i say far i mean like 100x more, racial crimes than ANY other race so it's not only the white people hating like you guys here are making it seem like.
