After Effects Big Sizes

    im using adobe after effects well trying to use it and when i make like a 10sec animation its around 5-10 mb and i make it swf format:S

    such a big size is really weird couse in flash it doesnt reach not even near that much

    so if there are any tips tricks or such please help me:)

    .gif format is a lot less compressed then .swf.
    what fps do you have the animation at?
