"Error downloading codec" is there anywhere i can get the codec? or anything to stop it happening?

i can still hear the audio there is just no visual.

Try loading it up in windows media player. It will give the same codec error and when it does, windows media player will link you to a site where you can get more information on what codec is missing and download it.

Download, "VLC Media Player" it's free and can handle the most different codecs I've ever seen.

Yeah I was going to post the same thing, VLC can play anything and the picture is great and the sound is good too. Worth downloading. Just go to google and type in VLC player, I'm pretty sure it's the first link. Download is about 1 minute.
