damn man im brilliant with lighting but suck with the terrain sent 30creds.

 

looks nice. wat program does this tut utilize? because i downloaded a free terragen program from this site http://www.planetside.co.uk/terragen/ and i didnt think these kind of programs were only 1.6 Mbs

 

Yeah, But it's a difficult enough program to make a decent piece of work.

i feel dumb saying this. but terragen is a program that makes like scenery and crap right? and are those pictures you made 100% in terragen or do you take a pic of like a mountain off google and add stuff to it.

Nope, Not a dumb question, What terragen does is first, we generate the land, Or even it could be under water, Nothing is taken from any where, it's made from scratch right from the beggining
