they use the same god damn architecture so there isn't any physical diference, just software. I'd have to say PCs on account of flexibility, you can boot windows and linux distrubutions with ease and use more or less the hardware of your choice, BUT... a mac is the same god damn thing more or less with a better OS and you can still dual or tri boot... also the game reason is bullshid... ever hear of virtrualization? In a relatively short period of time you'll be abel to run almsot anything within another OS... and for the record, MAC OSX is good clean efficient, and sexy, but it is not assraping windows(which for the record has so much ---- and flaws in it that it's not funny but has had the $ thrown at it for many improvements). winserver 2003 is sufficiently stable for the average user and offers a few levels of support OSX doesn't. OSX is an excellent operating system one of the bet rounded, most stable and highly efficient out there, but it isn't THAT great. visually it is ahead of a 5 year old version of windows, WOW... windows has always looked like compareative crap, but after customizations, any win2k OS can look cleaner than an OSX system, so the GUI isn't a relevant issue.
Hmm lots of jokes on mac...lots of videos making fun of it... Oh! No jokes on PC's! PCs have a better reputation. Macs have the reputation of locking up and being a pain in the --- But I still love Mac caus without it there would be no jokes on it =( Whats the difference between a Mac and a Brontosaurus? Isnt a Macintosh a computer thats for personal use, so wouldn't that make it a PC? I think you want to change this to more of a Windows versus MacOS. Before when Macintosh was using their own chips, Macs sucked ass. Now that they are Intel powered they are starting to compete. I still want to see an AMD powered Mac. That would be cool.
Yeah, those Mac commercials are so funny.. The PC is like this big geek sitting in a box, and the mac is a young person.. I love how the Mac is already gone working and the PC goes "well.. I'd come with you, but some parts of me are in some other boxes" If only you would get Windows systems that were all self contained, that would be pretty sweet, but I bet space would be kind of tight for upgrades etc.
the mac guy just seems like an arrogant douchebag, and the pc guy is funny, IMO those commercials kinda backfired.
