Honestly, I think both have their uses. Linux is in my opinion better for web hosting, shells, etc.. But Microsoft is good for a home desktop/laptop, and much easier for individuals newer to the world of computers. So, what do you think? ^_^
I use both, but prefer Linux. The only reason I use windows more is that I can't get Java working on Linux.
for general use both work well, though linux is a bit more efficient. for important, demanding things in which emulation isn't going to be happening(either because you're too lazy to set it all up, or because fo performance) windows is a must. For rmoe ro less everything else, no reason not to use linux. hence my end conclusion windows for gaming linux for porn
Windows Windows Windows Windows Windows Windows Windows Windows Windows Windows Windows Windows Windows Windows Windows Windows for all the future topics on this: Windows Dan
wow, i swear... windows isn't that great. as a standalone operating system itself, it blows. only reason why anyone should even consider it if they have sense at all is for 3rd aprty support(don't you love monopolies?)
It would be a monopoly if there were no programs made for Linux, Mac, or any other OS. Fortunally, there are.
This guy doesn't even know what he's talking about. They both have their uses, windows is the universal OS, nearly everything works with it, if you really need linux just dual os your computer, most people use the dumb linux shells that are like windows except people just want to be different and they think they are cool if they use linux, I don't see many every day users using redhot because you actually need to have some knowledge to use it, rather than suse and some other windows like shells. linux is for networkers who actually need to use linux to make things easier.
