    umm well good tutorial, but many of these tutorials are getting repatative, tech borders especially, ive seen like 200 different tutorials pass by here on tech borders alone!

    There are alot of Tech Border tuts.

    I have only been here 1 night. ANd I have seen 4 already.

    Nice I am new here but this is the only Tut Ihave EVER seen aboutr tech Borders I had always wondered how it was done
