You need Windows XP for 7.5 let alone WLM ;)
Just get XP> or go back to your previous msn.

Agreed. I personally like 7.5 better, try both out though and find out which one you like better.

7.5 is way better than WLM, cus WLM doesn't support msn+ which is a big dissapointment, and it can't see colors in mssges as well in 7.5, also when you cange color the hoover is damn ugly, and you can't see avatars when you view the online list, etc etc

but WLM has much faster transfer from what i've seen, when i used msn 7.5 the transfers would never go now in wlm is goes so much faster.

TBH personally i don't care if it supports msn + stuff, i don't need and flashing colours and stuff. Nice normal font in black will do me fine.

But if you like all this flashy message in colours and what ever else it has then yeah stay with 7.5

I use Windows XP Home, as well, and my Windows Live Messenger works fine. I actually think it looks better than MSN 7.5, its just.. less huge, I guess..

Anywho.. Is your computer fully updated to the latest Windows Updates? Do you have "Windows Genuine Advantage" or something of that sort installed on your computer?

If you do, IDK whats going on..

And BTW to whoever said MSN 7.5 only worked on XP, it doesn't. I have MSN 7.5 on my old Windows 98 machine that is sitting in my basement unused, LOL
