You mean Daemonz Tools made a virtual drive D:\ and you want it gone?

In the Tool Tray, Left-Click the lighting bolt -> Virtual CD/DVD ROM -> Set Number of Devices -> Disable.

If you want to set a different device to D:\:
Start -> Settings -> Control Panel -> Administrative Tools -> Computer Management -> Disk Management -> Right-Click your drive that you want to edit -> Change Drive Letters and Path.

To "Disconnect" the CD drive, you can go..

Start>Right Click on My Computer Icon>Properties>Hardware Tab>Device Manager>Click on the little + icon beside the "DVD/CD Drives" thingy> Right click whichever drives you want to disable, which, if you are using Daemon Tools, should be called "JP3036Z XVA316K SCSI CdRom Device", I think.., but if you cannot find that specific drive, just disable them 1 by 1 until the drive that you are trying to disable goes away, AKA, drive E in your case. To enable it again just do those steps but right click the drive with an X on it and click "Enable". Taadaa.

maybe because D:\ is one of you actual cd/dvd drives (or hard drive)?

E Drive is the Daemon Tools drive.. because Daemon doesn't make Virtual CD Drives.. it makes Virual DVD Drives, and since you only have one DVD Drive, E, then that is it. D Drive and F Drive are both actual drives that you have in your computer. So are A and C drive.

uhh i don't think so cuz wehn i stick dvds/ cds in they appear on e and f and there is no way for D to have a cd, and i closed daemon tools and disabled all drives, and i checked disk management and it only has C, E, F but i can't rename e and f to D and E. advice?

edit: also wehn i eject disk on the D drive i get a windows explorer error and wehn i do it with E and F, the disc drives pop out
