    sadly you're "statistics" arent up to the 99.9% error freeness.

    Jeez, that means many people dies from 99.9% safe surgerys but mostly plastic.

    the whole baby thing actually happens though. a lot of babies are given to the wrong parents. it isnt that uncommon.
