pixel aspect ration keeps ----ing with my documents. How do i turn it off FOREVER. Sometime my CIRCLE brushes turn into OVAl brushes.

 

hold shift when resizing.

or if you are resizing the WHOLE document and you go to Image > Image Size...make sure Constrain Proportions is checked.

 

...worst answer ever.....thats not even close to what im talking about.....im taking about an automatic function that wasnt automatic b4. It changes the RATIO of my documents and clipboard images.

 

hrmm if you are using photoshop...set the preferences back to default?

 

Already tried, and It only does this with a .gif sprite sheet i have. I converted the .gif to a Png but no luck.

 

oh hrm. I am sorry I can't help them. hope you find someone that can or figure it out on your own.
