There were lots of people being hacked in the past.

If you guess a password wrong 3 times, it will automatically lock to prevent predators entering your account.

There is usually an email sent to the email address you registered with.

In Majin's case, he bought his account from someone so he won't receive the email.

I had the same with mine, someone was trying to login and my acc was locked and i forgot the pass to my hotmail.

And if you don't use the link that is sent to your mail it will be automatic unlocked
