no, but there is a ---- load of hot babes on that site. also, its safe as long as you dont say ---- like this: My name is ______ I live in ______ My address is ______ My social security number is __________ My credit card number is ____________ my bank account number is ______________ I am ____ years old I go to ______ school My checking account is _______ I drive a ___________ I have _____ eyes I have _______ hair My mothers maiden name is _________ My license plate is _______ Fill in that, post it on your myspace, and you will get raped.
My rule for myspace is, don't post anything that you might regret posting later. I heard that my boss searches employee myspace's for things that might not be too appropriate. Good thing I only have a myspace so my friend would stop bugging me.
it may not be very safe but its up to the people using it if they accept the risks, i dont really use MySpace i think blogs are much better
Well just because there are predators on it, doesn't make it unsafe. The fact of the matter is...why do people feel compelled to have a myspace account or even a blog? Do they really feel a normal journal is inadequate? Does one actually want the whole world to read their problems, with strangers posting awkward or useless feedback? With the exceptions of maybe some musicians or promoters who don't want to pay for a site....does the average person really need myspace? (Do most of the people in the world care enough to check people's myspaces...if they aren't a pretty girl?)
Yeah just make sure that you don't give out to much info about yourself. Don't add ppl if you don't know them. In your about me put what you like to do. Don't say your first and last name. A lot of ppl can find you by finding out from your friends what shcool you go to. SO just try and keep it underraps if you know what I'm saying.
I think that it is dangerous. Thinka bout it- anyone can gather information off of some one online, right? well, if you post your real name, and exactly where you live (state, address, phone number, etc.) people can find you. And, sadly, there are a lot of messed up people out there in the world. Who knows what would happen, or what wierdo might find you?
