    If 99.9% were enough, then...
    • Two million documents will be lost by the IRS this year.
    • 22,000 checks will be deducted from the wrong bank accounts in the next hour.
    • 1,314 phone calls will be misplaced by telecommunications services every minute.
    • 12 babies will be given to the wrong parents each day.
    • 103,260 income tax retearns will be proccessed incorrectly this year.
    • 2,448,200 books will be shipped in the next year with the wrong cover.
    • 5,517,200 cases of soft drinks will be flatter than a bad tire.
    • Two plane landings at the O'Hare International Airport in Chicago will be unsafe.
    • 3,065 copiess of tomorrows Wall Street Journal will have a missing section.
    • 18,322 peices of mail will be misplaced in the next hour.
    • 291 pacemaker operations will be preformed incorrectly this year.
    • 880,000 credit cards in circulation will turn out to have incorrect card holder information on their magnetic strips.
    • 20,000 incorrect drug prescptions will be written in the next year.
    • 114,500 mismatched pairs of shoes will be shipped this year.
    • $761,900 will be spent in the next year on tapes and cd's that wont play.
    • 107 incorrect medical procedures will be preformed by the end of the day.
    • 315 enteries in the Websteres Third New International Dictionary of the English Language will be mispelled.

    Haha, 12 babies would be switched everyday. That's pretty funny, but I gotta know... what prompted this?

    And 99.9% is alright. ;)

    still strange all that can happen from .1% but usually I am happy with 99.9% lol

    Wow, the sad thing is that for alot of that it will be significantly less than 99.9%

    Nothing is perfect, but those numbers are scary when yout think about it.

    yup, thats for 99.9% and alot of things, maybe even most things, are much less that 99.9% haha
