    regeneration because it would be the best.

    you'de more or less have imortality becaus eyour body could repair cellular damage almost instantly.

    you'de be huge because any damage you do when weight lifting would be repaired and then your would just get gains on top of that

    you'de be really fast because you could pretty much run without stop

    so yeah...
