Uh, I went to yr links and downloaded em, they saved as RAR files. And Photoshop couldn't open 'em. "Invalid format"
go to google and dl a program called WinRAR, its like WinZip but will be able to unzip .rar files. Once dl'ed, install WinRAR and then right hand click on the C4D pack you downloaded and click Exract files using WinRAR (logo is like a couple of books stacked up, all different colours) and then save them to your render file or whatever, then open them in photoshop.
