Do you mean like a video file or a picture? Just right click the picture and save. And like video and that you can save it or open it with like REAL or WM
When you get the link it just shows a box saying open with winrar or winzip (depending on what you use) or it says save to disk. Then click save if you want to save and open if you just want to examine it and that.
