1st time éh ? It's a render with some text. Spent some time with tutorials.

yeah hun, try playing with things a bit more, be creative, use plug ins and brushes and such. you can do things without tutorials [ive never used one for photoshop but ive been unsing it for 3 years] but you need to start spending time in photoshop know photoshop like its your wife

 

it just looks too plain for me, maybe add something in the packground to cover most of the white
