well when I try to uninstall Illy CS2 I get this.

Its really annoying. Its the try out. I just want to get it out. The weird thing is that in the adobe folder in c/program files. There is NO illy folder or files. I worked with this problem forever any help would be loved. Even if it is advanced I can handle it.

Hmm have you removed some of the program files? Sometimes thats what causes an unsuccessful uninstilation.

    Snipe. ;)

You probably Need to clean out the Application Data, Common Files, Or Delete some false registry Keys....Try those suggestions in that order...

    Application Data:
    C:\Documents and Settings\Owner\Application Data(Hidden)\Adobe
Unhide Folders through the Control Panel, there Should be a Folder called Illustrator in there, Look inside and try deleting it. (Or "Cut" it to be safe)

    Common Files:
    C:\Program Files\Common Files\Adobe
There may be nothing of Use in this folder...Look anyway though ;)

    Registry Keys:
    1. Go to Start > Run
    2. Type in "regedit", then press Enter. (Be careful with this, and Make a Backup)
    To Make a Backup:
In Regedit, go to File > Export Save the .reg File to your Desktop.

    3. Then, expand in this Order:
    -HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE
    -SOFTWARE
    -ADOBE

Then, Look for Illustrator. Delete the Entire Illustrator Entry.
Look at the Uninstall Menu, if Its still there....I dont know what to tell you......Im sure that will at least Help though. Good Luck

there aren't ANY folders in programfiles/Adobe? this happend to me with steam, I uninstalled it in add/remove programs, but when i did, it said it was already uninstalled, yet, I could still run steam and cs perfectly. I had to delete everything manually :/
