download ip hider platinum, then just right click it then hit hide ip and it changes your ip to like korea,china and some others.

theres this trick you can do to change it It's "Start > Run > CMD > ipconfig /flushdns > ipconfig /release > ipconfig /renew" but im not sure that works, its like only a home network or something, could someone care to explain?
