Hi um my sister is trying to download maple story onto her computer. She gets an error saying her that the 3d graphics cant load. When i looked at why it couldn't load them at it said the graphic card might be out of date. She has an acer and the setup is dif than mine. where do i find what kind of graphic card it is? and it doesnt make any sense to me because this laptop is only a year old so it should be able to hold the same graphics and as mine thats a little older by a few months. So could anyone help me solve this problem? it would be much appreciated.

    Run > Dxdiag

Go to Display and see if 3d Acceleration is supported.

if you have any programs like prevx installed or if you have appache or abyss http maplestory will NOT work for you, because of their anti-hack program.... stupid I know.. you can make a bypass if you want to play and those are your problems, pm me for details.

You would probably have to get a new graphics card.

Buy a new graphics card. Get a really cheap one if need be.
