Dell 21" Flat Screen

I contacted dell about this and no one has replyed here i what happened. You know on the dell 21" flat screen where there is a button that can change screens so you can view other things well i have my psd on it and i been playing it for like 2 or 3 hours now when i hit the button to go back to the computer it has brightish white lines does anybody know what could be the matter of this.

 

How long you had the flat screen?

Because if you only just bought it not long ago it should be up to Dell to replace it.

 

I had it since chrismas. My dad tryied to call them and they havnt answered him or e-mailed him.

 

2 or three hours? did you have it moving around at all? Because, you could have burnt the image into the screen, and then you would need it replaced.

 

I didnt move it all i have to do is push button its mounted on my wall

 

I am talking about the image... ofcourse you aren't sitting there making the screen move.
