Photoshop Problem :(

    i have a problem, each time i try to open my photoshop, its load like abitualy but after its close automaticly, like if i press X. Its doesn't show any message box.

    I don't know if its happen to one of you guy or if you could help me...

    sorry couldn't really understand you do you mean that when it loads it shuts automatically?

    ya :( you see the beginning of photoshop taht load and then when its finish, its shuts automatically.

    Mine did that when i put the wrong serial code in, perhaps you've done the same.

    Hope you get it working. :)

    Try a virus scan, something may stop it from opening.

    Nah my friend pass it to me, and now its would make 6 months that i have the same PS, and suddently, its shut down.

    Ive scan it and there no virus. Ill re-install it ;) thx guys. I tell what i does after. Hope its gonna work :(.....

    oups i forgot to put n't.... doesn't work... man i don't know what to do more, no more graphic for me maybe :(

    ok somebody have find the problem ! YEAHH !!! for the one who that problem happen you have to go :

    C>Documents Settings>User profile>Application Data>adobe>photoshop>7.0(or whatever version)>Settings

    then you have to RENAME : Adobe Photoshop (whatever version) Prefs.psp

    to : Adobe Photoshop (whatever version) Prefs.psp.OLD

    you have to add .OLD after the extansion .psp
    ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

    You see, a big problem, and you just have to do that to fix it.
