If you dont know what it is its mostly natural legal steriods that dont make your penis small. Like ther creatine stuff . People say its bad for ya but yet your body produces it well the stuff they sell trys to save some of that so you dont run out. I take thermo power rush which they just now had to change some of the things in it because he got people's bench press up to high. Mine increased by 75pounds in 2 months i can now do 230easy and only way around 140 to 150 pounds. Now they had to reduce it. Thats kind of saying when they get new stuff buy it like the stuff that says 25% muscle increase in first use that just came out get lots of it before they call it illegal to buy. lol what do you guys think of it.

lol Creatine thats some good stuff i use that and thermo power rush. Its not really steriods cause its natural thats why the FDA cant test it
yeah everyone takes GNC products and their great if u want to get big... But as an athelete I dont take these products because they haven't been around long anough to determine the long term effects such as liver failure at the age of 50 or something. I dont feel bad about competeing against people that take it, I mean half of my friends do. Its just a training aid and it definately works.. lol
