Dreamy Picture

This is how to make a picture looks dreamy. It looks really bright like the sun hit it or whatever.
1. Open up the image.
2. Duplicate the image layer.
3. Fliter>Blur>Guassian blur the duplicated layer and do something between 8-9.
4. Duplicate the blurred layer 2 more times. Should be 4 layers now.
5. Set the top layer to overlay, the one below that to screen, and the one below that to color dodge. The bottom layer should be the original picture.
6. Change the opacity on the color dodge layer, until it looks nice. It looks nice around 50% to me.
