I was bumping the post and letting him know that he wasn't being ignored even if I didn't have an asnswer yet... What firewall are you using? If you tell us we can probably instruct you on how to check if i is blocking IE
Banana, relax.. even if you uninstall it from add/remove system components, you can still use it for updates and whatnot. it just doesnt include de other crap.
