I wasn't sure if this should be in here or Computing, but I decided on here. Anyway, Bill Gates is finally retiring from Microsoft. Apparently, he wants to work for his foundation or whatever, so he's easing away from Microsoft. Anyway, here's the article:

Do you think this will be an improvement for Microsoft or a downfall. Lol, now Warren Buffett might take over the title World's Richest Person.

Edit: Oh nevermind. Apparently, Warren Buffett plans to give away 85% of his fortune. I guess its some guy no one has heard of named Lakshmi Mittal.

Or the "Give all your money to Chase fund." :)
EDIT: Not The :censored: Bank In Manhattan Mind You! :)

But anyway, bill gates is probably still the worlds richest college dropout. <_<

What a lucky old man Bill Gates is. He might be retiring from microsoft, but he's still the owner of the company and he will still get his shares from it.

Bill Gates will still be working with him for another year to teach him the ropes and everything. Also, Bill Gates will still be the main owner I think. I believe he owns the most shares in the company.

    He's still the owner.
Sucks for his kis though not getting the company and all, he said he doesnt want to spoil em. Makes sense, since all spoilt kids are the biggest losers. They'll still ahve high paying jobs in the company.

you do realize that bill gates honestly doesnt make that much in salary a year? his wealth, all the billions he has have been passed down through generations of intellegent, working men and women... they never had the best paying jobs or anything, but they did know how to save their money and conserve it enough to have some for the next generation, im sure bill wouldnt be the first in his family to leave his kids without something to continue on... atleast they can know that his family will have money for the next... 200 generations lmao
