File In Use!? Help!

last time isn't important ^^
try it this time and tell us what happenes when you go into safe mode and try the dugestions

 

I know id just use the unlocker tool, its on the free software list ive used it countless times if something is being used it will find out what and terminate the connection so you can delete it.

 

I get this alot, pain in the ass. :censored:
