Photoshop Help

    ok hi, im new to this forum, but im pretti sure this thread goes here, because it is about computers.

    everytime I try to start up adobe photoshop 7.0, i get this error.
    The error says


    Error- Unable to continue because or hardware or system error. Sorry, but this error is unrecoverable

    anyone know how to fix this? ive re-installed like 3times so yah?

    i doubt you paid for it, but let's not go that route..

    try to delete the hidden files in

    C:/documents and settings/(user)/application data/adobe/photoshop 7

    or something similar to that. you must be able to see hidden folders in folder uptions..

    i tried searching that and nothing came up, except the files in my photoshop..and actually my buddy bought it then copied the disc for me lol

    I guess you can go tro search c: and anything dealing with ps7.0 u delete or this way is the baddest way format your comp!Srry bro! :(

    did you also delete the folder C:/program files/adobe?

    there might still be some stuff in there that the uninstaller didn't take out.

    i dont wanna refortmat my comp :'( lol how do i de-frag??? mabey that will help..how do i get to my de-frag part

    i doubt it will help, but...

    My Computer -> r-click C drive -> properties -> tools (tab) -> defrag

    Copied products doesnt always follow rules, they
    can be a bit bitchy =/

    I had that problem and i paid for my photoshop i had to format my computer before it would work again.
