Drugs

Ok is there any way to tell if some one is on drugs or somthing. This girl next to me is just loud i mean she is just singing and makeing all kinds of noses. And we are in the Library and no one is saying anything to her at all.

No none of them but she is acting very funny I walk down to the office and talk to the desk clerk. Just she is on something I mean theses outbursts she is having she was not like this the other day.And just just keeps moving.

or she could be on some sort of medication like maybe amphetamines to help ADHD/ADD.. those get you pretty hyped up and jumpy

 

dextro methamthetamine works fairly well, but you need a bit to get any effect.
