I was talking to someone, they said they can use their PayPal and they never had a CC or bank account on it, and it's verifyed. How?

You can do transactions between people when ur unverified, just not with "companies" like GameRenders for a Prem.

 

Anyone want me to send money to you? And then buy Prem for me?
