    ther 7600 is the upgrad of the 6800
    so i would go with that

    none of them are powerful enough to really justify an upgrade in my opinion given that you have an acceptable card.wait for r600 or G80...

    Btw, he wants to play games like Counterstriek Source i believe which any of those will do fine..

    but also, Diablo wont be around here much.. later all

    price/performance I'd say
    x800GTO as you have(best bang/$)
    7600GT(which should outperform the 6800GS extreme edition)
    x1800XT(2nd best bang/$)
