To IPod Or Not To IPod...

Not slow for me and still i never take the disk out, its just like there was none, i can fit all my songs in a single MD

 

i use a rca lyra w/ a 1 gig sd card so 1.256 gigs in it lol and thats still way too much space xD

and all together it was 150 bucks.... and i pods are like 400

 

my ipod is my best friend on trips

I love my Silver Mini iPod from Fr33iPods.com, Didnt take much work to get and I dont know what I would do w/o it.

you want a good mp3 player? right? something thats runs fast, big hard disk, good sound quality, great battery, something unique that stands out like you. All the works. Well what your looking for is an iriver or a creative zen touch.

Theyre all of these things. How many people do you see with irivers and zen touch's? NOt many im almost certain, where as with the ipod everyones got one, as far as i care theyve lost any appeal they ever had.

Ipod photo and ipod shuffle soon to be released made me wander, how many more people is apple going to sell ipod's too? If you have enough money to spend on an ipod photo, go check out the iriver website click here, they have a certain model that plays movies, shows photo's in fact why am i bothering to say, if you have any sense youd be looking right now

So you know my opinion, you know what i suggest. And remember this, you want to go with the flow, you like to fit in, be a bit boring perhaps? Then great go buy and ipod, you want something thats a bit different, unique, something no-ones seen. That works better too, how do i know? Well ipod have sold enough now just to use their appeal factor to sell ipod's if it wasnt for celeb's buying them in the first place i doubt they would have ever taken off. Irivers and zen touch and any other mp3 players have had to compete with ipod, meaning theyve spent money and time making sure their mp3 is far ahead of ipod. Where as ipod havent needed to. Go buy and iriver or zen touch if you ask me.

may i request you read my post you might find it rather interesting, and id like to know your opinions.

if you dont like them your either:

1. a ----in poor tramp

2. some old man/woman who dont like morden technolgey....

 

^Totally untrue. I think I might return my iPod to get one of those iRiver's. The H320 costs as much as my iPod did. And it has a color screen and everything. Also, the new 5GB models have color screens and FM tuners, and cost $20 than the iPod Mini. Can't find better deals than that.

Let me rewrite what you said.

You don't have an iPod because:

1. You know they're overrated, overpriced, and overused.
2. You know you can find much better mp3 players for the same price
3. You like to have more bang for the buck.

i agree and disagree with you.. ipods are very over rated. those irivers are pretty nice, but kinda expensive if you ask me... a 20GB jukebox for like $300 or $400? thats a lil insane. now on the other hand, you can get a creative nomad zen xtra (what i have) for $200 and it holds 20GB.. i think that is definately the best price. if you are thinking of getting an ipod, i HIGHLY suggest that you dont. http://www.creative.com - go there and check out their mp3 players, very nice at a price much cheaper than ipods
