Alright i just go this new keyboard Microsoft with fingerprint. I hooked it up and installed the software. The lights flash once and go off again, keyboard turns off. I tried hooking it up to diffrent ports, reinstalling the thing, restarting... In the device manager it says its working propertly , but obviously its not...

    any suggestions?

Reed The Box, It Might Be Only Compatible With A Specific OS ( operating System )

Other Than That I Have No Idea

I would go with what CWD said. It probablly is only compatable with a certain OS.

its either a malfunction, or you need to reinstall it when the keyboard is plugged in...?
