    If i have a pal pal account whith money on it but i have no credit card on it could i still buy a Donter Membership?

    cant send any amount of money if it is unverified.

    only thing is if u sign up as any country but us, then u can send money to us people lol a lil glitch

    But on my Old account i could send money and it was unverified ( but it had a CC on it)
