Are You Adhd?

Just wondering, how many people here are ADHD?

If you don't know what it is, it stands for Attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder which basically means that you have a little (or a lot) of trouble paying attention to certain things. For example, if a student is ADHD he might just sit in class and wonder away into imagination, rather than paying attention to the lesson.

So, if you are or not, then just vote.

For the people that ARE ADHD, do you take any drugs to help you? Stuff like Ritalin, Concerta, Dexedrine, and Adderall seem to be commonly prescribed to people with this problem.

If you're wondering, i'm just posting this to see how many ADHD members we have on here. Its because ADHD is such a common thing and A LOT of people have it. Theres some people that have it without even knowing about it. If you are ADHD but would like to keep it personal, then please just vote but no need for a follow-up post.

I was recently tested and i turned out to have ADD (so no hyperactivity, just attention problems and sutff)

And nope.. i dont take medicins...

I have just ADD, concerta for me it helps you focus, but doesn't help with you once you have managed to get off course with something, really messes me up in school >_<

 

I've done Concerta and Dexedrine before just a few times to help study for a test or finish a long essay. Right now i'm on Adderall which is the same thing pretty much but feels way stronger.

I only take these pills when I REALLY need them for school. They helped me stay up all night and finish a 13 page essay which I ended up getting an 'A' on about a month ago.

Sadly, pills are the only way right now to temporarily help ADHD, which is a really awful thing.

yeah, i have it, no medication tho, im fine as long as my leg ot arm or something is moving on my body...

 

nope don't have it, although i can't concentrate on something i don't enjoy doing.

 

Mhh i woted yes just because iam not sure, i never thought about it but now when i think, i do sometimes just wonder off in classes but i can concentrate if i need to.
