I recently bought a Zen Vision : M to upload some videos onto it. I was pretty happy , quality was good. Plays .mpg , .avi and .wmv

What does it not play ? .rm file

Most of my anime movies are in .rm files and I've been trying really hard uploading them. I looked for lots of converters. There was a good one , called EO Video. I tried a trial , and I successfully converted some files.

It was only 2 files , and 30 days trial. Wasn't sastified , so I actually bought the software. $40.00 is a lot ...

I was gonna convert the Fullmetal Alchemist movie and it took a really long time. During the trial , I finished converting the same file with the same size within a few hours. This time the movie took 18 hours !!!!!! I was so freaking pissed off when the converting time restarted. I got so angry I regretted buying the thing. If anyone understands my situation and can help me out in anyway , I'll gladly pay you with 20 creds or even more.

I'll sleep now and await for news. I hope someone helps me :(

All I can say is try another converter...

Don't ever pay to get software, IMO it's stupid...

Try other trials since I doubt there are free ones out there.

I hope you're not referring to illegal software...

Have you tried contancting their customer support? If you're a customer, I'm sure they'd be more than happy to help you.

    Edit:
I was on their site and it says they offer a 30 day refund policy for any reason - if you can't fix your problem, you could try that.

    Edit 2:
After reading around, though not from personal experience, it turns out EO Video is renound for being slow at converting .rm files. Have you tried converting into a different format? If that fails, the second file was possibly more complex - have you tried different fioles and different formats?

    Hope this helps you...

.rm files are Real Media files. download Real Player and see if you can save it as mpg or avi...

That doesn't work - at least as far as I know. I'm not sure you can save files full stop...

Full version of EO is bloated horribly imo if it has been less than 30 yes I would ask for a refund. I use boilsoft programs for all my converting and while I don't think I have converted to many rm files everything else has worked decntly, and it's roughly half the price for a full version compared to EO.
