Allocate Vram

    AKW was telling there was a way to allocoate Vram in bios or something when u boot up. like use your system ram for Vram. if someone knows what he is talking about please tell me how to do it :)

    PRESS DEL ON STARTUP, LOOKA ROUND USE COMMONS SENSE, ITS KINDA POINTLESS PERFORMANCE IS ---- NO MATTER WHAT.

    Then your BIOS doesn't have it, obviously. Doesnt take worth 2 brain cells to figure that out.

    And yes, what xelink said is valid, system RAM would be sooo slow using it for your GPU... thats espicially why integrated video sucks.

    Erm... System RAM is fast... putting more vRAM in something is always alright and it wouldn't be slow at all... also, you are putting words in his mouth... he said nothing about it being slow at all.

    Integrated video always has and always will probably suck... but hey... anything to help is something that helps.

    Also John... being mean about it is uncalled for.. there are people that have computers that hardly know how to turn them on...

    ?

    Hasnt it been said that past 64 MB vRAM, it's most likely not used... and i doubt integrated graphics will really succeed much in anything even with 128 MB more ram for it...
