JohnDaPunk is a nubbb cake ^-^. Guess what little boy when your motherboard fries it can be the north bridge. Now I do not think that is the proessor -_-. FYI it is across the motherboard on the other side of the cpu. You can talk to the company that made your motherboard and it may be chaper than buying a new motherboard. When my motherboard fried I e-mailed DFI and got the info I needed to ship it back and they charged a $30 fee to fix it.
listen i dont need a new computer i dont need advice i just wanted to know if anyone had any idea why the motherboard fried my computers fine im buying a new motherboard
the heatsink is a chuck of metal, it could be a thousand degrees for all i care so long as the proc is cool and all the surrounding components. Ever heat of peltier? you can swap one of those on in place of the HSF and chances are you'll end up with one side at around 6-70C but that won't sshut your system down(now watrer condensation is a bit diferent but thats the opposite side of the device)
i've had that happen before , it was from either overheating or some kind of short, but i leave my pc up all the time, and its all good
Maybe you don't have proper cooling in your room? Crack a window, open the door, put a fan on or something...
