Either this or mass chaos and this will be your average forum. The rules keep stuff under control. It also makes Reps and Credits worth something and not just another piece of a worthless forum.
I think they are going too strict, it is only a friendly gaming and gfx comunity afterall, ppl come here to have fun and interact with other ppl but restrictions prohibit most of that.
It's a shame about the steam account issue though ;( I was going to buy one soon. Oh well. I don't think it's too strict but is it getting stricter? Yes.
I don't think they are to strict. Maybe they seem to strict but GameRenders is a big community and there are rules needed for a big community. No rules = chaos. Accept the new rules, follow the new rules, have fun, done.
I haven't been here long, but I don't see any problems with the rules. I've seen a lot of people argue against them, but most of the rules are there to stop companies losing money.
There not getting too strict, these rules need to be enforced, like said to protect the site against lawsuits.I don't mind any of the rules anyway.
