1st of all: no the pixel font is not too big but you need to set the aa to none
    2nd: THAT for 5 credits....I'm sorry but that's just...a waste of 5 creds
You should less the bevel on the border or just dlete that whole goddamn thing cuz it don't fit with the rest
You should work harder on the bg and make it more.....u know....it looks like just one color now
You should make the opacity of the scanlines like....10%-30% what you like best
You should only use one render and let it stick out more
You should make the text more devilish so it fits with the text and use a color blance layer, put the text under that, put on Drop Shadow (basic Settings) Inner shadow (basic settins, ONLY USE WITH THICK FONTS!), Bevel and emboss (Inner bevel with normal settings xcept make the size: 0) Counter (all to the right) stroke (1 pixel black stroke (pacity between 40%-80% or something)), gradient overlay (basic settings but dubbleclick the bar where you see the current gradient so you open the gradient editor, there click the most left little square under the bar and choose a dark grey, and click the most left little square under the gradient bar and choose a little lighter grey)
Make the quote better (aa: None and use a drop shadow a i px black stroke with 100% opacity and a gradient similar to the on ewith the main text)
Now create a 3 px border under the color balance (black-grey-black)

I also suggest u use a smaller size

    Goodluck ;)

What I don't like is the backround!!!
