I dont see your PSU in that list...

and you might want to upgrade slightly from the 5500, and... PCI?

450 Watt PSU is included with the case.

And about the PCI, according to these pictures, http://www.tigerdirect.ca/applications/Sea...u=MBM-K8NE-3400 the motherboard only has PCI and PCI-e slots B( No AGP

    Merged Post:

Could you direct me to a slight upgrade from the 5500? Something compatible with the Motherboard? I'm not a big gamer so it doesn't have to be anything fancy.

Don't worry about AGP slots anymore. Unless you have a current AGP gfx card, you will probably never get another new one. the AGP gfx cards are much more expensive compared to the same counter-parts of the PCI-E.

sorry, im only searching on newegg, you can try and find it on tigerdirect later.

its relativly cheap for having 12 pipelines. i dont know how much you can spend on it tho...

aim for a socket 939 processor, motherboard. I'd personally recomend an opteron 144 to OC and this one biostar board(has n410 chipset) which are both supposed to OC well but your PSU is crap. if you think you can get an epower puma PSU those are good.

5500 is moderately crapy avoid if possible. Get a PCI-e card as it offers options. 6600GT is a bit more expensive but better. if you can't justify a 6600GT(emphasis on the GT) get a radeon x500 - x700, which are both acceptable.

this is a relatively cheap card which rapes the 5500

not great but cheap, great bang/$

furthmroe a 6800XT is a crippled 6800, it just has had all but 8 of its pipelines disabled. i don't know if they can be unlocked anymore.

i also suggest buying such said ram in a dual channel set.

i would highly suggest nto getting them, they drive you insane and are quite annoying, waste energy and produce heat.
