hi. the theme is rock lee from naruto and it must REALLY impress the hell out of me. winner will get creds but they must give up the psd full rights in exchange for it.

there is no 1 or 2 or 3rd place. only one person will win. and i have rights to withdraw if nothing catches my attention.

-sig cant be 75% c4d based
-no rasterizing ANY layers
-no merging layers

I might make something for you later Ice. Can we see the sig that impressed you? Was it like a grungy tag or smudgeing tag or abstract, etc?
