Anyone Know About Windows Skin?

    I love v5. No laggness is felt on my pc though ^^!
    s there any other alternatives then WB,AlienwareGUI?

    there is the uxtheme hack and StyleXP..

    Besides making your own .msstyle files, which takes some sort of hack to allow, the only other one I know of is Style XP.

    only if you're PC is utter crap. I doubt I'd even notice it on my opteron 165 system.

    the fact that it slows it unneededly for no conievable benefit deters me from using it though. In full seriousness, I'm using a modified win 9x/2k theme(made the colors prettier) no style files etc. involved.

    just mod your windows uxtheme file and use standard themes. link's allready been provided, as for making your own, I forgot the program name but it's a pain, I tried it before.

    Yeah. There are many ways to customize the theme you already have. If it suits your fancy there is a link in my sig for finding tuts on such. Also, you can click the other provided links. I see no reason why you would want to waste usable space and RAM to provide yourself with something "Pretty" to look at. I think just use what is already there... you are a man... quit making ---- pretty.
