Well, first off, I honestly don't know that much about computers, so yes, that means i'm not building my own. Now that i'm buying one, i'm pretty much torn between either the Alienware Aurora 7500 or the Dell XP5 700. Anyone have any suggestions or incite to which one I should buy?

Like I say, I don't know to much about computers, so don't get all crazy on me with insane computer terms and such.

    Thanks.

    Dont listen to him...

    Whats the price range?

Try waiting a few short weeks, the new Intel CPU's come out, and they'll be great..

    2,500, ok...

wait a few weeks, and we can give you a sweet baby.

do you know, at all how to put one together?

If not, check at www.Ibuypower.com or www.cyberpoerpc.com

^they are both very nice companies, and wiont rip you off like alienware, or downgrade your ash like dell...

it's easy to put a pc together.... really... my 9 year old cousin built his own and he's a tart.....
like the other's said check out www.Ibuypower.com or www.cyberpoerpc.com or even www.newegg.com and buy all the peices and you need and build your own pc.. it's ALOT cheaper, and you don't have to worry about keyloggers.... if i bought my computer from dell or alienware i'd have spent an easy 1500.... i paid 720$ total for all my pc compenets... case and wires included...
........by the way.. if you're thinking of a dell check this article out http://ivlad.unixgods.net/lj/keylog/klog.htm ...i man found keylogger hardware in his dell laptop

For around a hundred bucks (you would save more money than this) you could probably pay someone in your town to put together the parts for you, or you could pay someone to show you how to build it together on a webcam or something.

Better yet, you could save yourself even more money by checking out a guide online.
