Well It Seems Like...

    Photoshop is screwing with everybody but I think my problem is different,
    whenever I try to open .png files it says that the file-format could not parse the file and whenever I save it as a .png it never shows up.... :P

    corrupted png? one of mine had the same error

    no because I can easily open them in Imageready and export tem or copy them but that's beating around the bush I want to be able to open them IN PS&

    uh
    open in imageready then re-save as a png with a different name,

    try that

    it may just be a problem with that one, not every one you ever get.

    did you try reinstalling, at all?

    let me guess... youre downloading it off of IE, if that is the case, then you may have a problem..
