Thanks guys, I'm also running a few virus programs to clean up my registry, because task manager and ctrl+alt+del won't work either =/. I'll trying booting with Safe mode. Is there a specific way to get out? Just press the same buttons and choose to boot up regularly?

 

Its not that hard, just reboot when youre done.

 

Well, it turns out my computer was chock-full of viruses that did stuff like run command prompt so i couldn't open stuff, and stopped my from opening task manager, etc. They also stopped my from opening my current anti-virus soft ware >_< So I downloaded some new stuff that the viruses couldn't take and blasted em', and CS2 is workin now. Thanks alot guys! I'm gonna go try out those smudge sig techniques everyone's usin'!

 

Anyways, reformat is the best option if you have too much difficulties. ONLY WHEN YOU HAVE DIFFICULTIES.
