She spent the time making it, she wrote it herself, therefore it is hers and no-one elses. I don't care if she didn't buy any rights to it, people should have the decency to atleast credit people for their own personal work.
No I was on MSN talking to my friend, I said thats a cool poem. She said something like what one? And she asked me if I meant her name and she pasted what the poem was with the same line breaks, so I thought it would suit a sig I was making so I decided to use it.

The proof is in his last message He says he doesnt know who the creator is, and he got the poem from a friend...later in the same post he says the creators fine with it (so he did know who it was wow he lied and went and contradicted himself.) and also fine with what? You having used her poem without permission?, your unwillingly admitting you saw that sig, and decided the poem was good enough to be used in another sig...

Also, yes I have been talking to the creator, so of course I know who she is!! Its blindly obvious seeing as she was the first to pm me about this. So of course I know the creator NOW!! I didnt before so I couldn't give credit!! DUHHH!! And yes leave you loosing battle. OWNED.
